WavexTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Wavex ("Wavex: Clear Wave, Water Eject"), developed by Perizade Erbas. By downloading or using Wavex you agree to them.
License agreement
Wavex is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add details about subscriptions and the service; where they differ, the Apple EULA applies to the license itself.
Wavex Pro subscription
Wavex is free to download. Water eject, the tone generator, the noise meter, the stereo test and the 7-day plan require a Wavex Pro subscription, available as an in-app purchase. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions), or from Settings › Manage Subscription in Wavex.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What water eject can and can't do
Wavex plays low-frequency sound through your iPhone's speakers to help push water out of the speaker grille. Results depend on how much water there is and where it is. Wavex doesn't dry the charging port or the inside of the phone, doesn't repair liquid damage and isn't a substitute for service. After liquid exposure, follow Apple's guidance on drying your iPhone. The noise meter gives estimates based on the iPhone microphone; it isn't a calibrated sound level meter and shouldn't be used for safety or legal measurements.
Safe and acceptable use
Use Wavex at a comfortable volume and don't hold the speaker against your ear while a tone is playing. High-frequency test tones can be unpleasant for people and pets nearby. Use the app in line with applicable laws.

Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods and Lightning are trademarks of Apple Inc. Wavex is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple.
Disclaimer and liability
Wavex is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee any particular result and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Privacy
How Wavex handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use of Wavex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
